Our supervisors and site engineers know the rules and regulations governing construction, safety and environment. We are involved with the drafting of the general part of the specifications, so we can influence the practical construction conditions. We write minutes of building meetings and employ standard schedules for drawing procedures, stage payments and settlement for alterations in the work. We are proactive and help to prevent problems during the construction phase. Our local presence enables us to limit journey distances.
