SCG-Dow's multi billion dollar investments in Asia Industrial Estate, Rayong province known as the Thai Growth Project comprising production facilities for SPE II, Special Elastomers, Propylene Oxide, Hydrogen Peroxide and Power, Utilities & Infrastructure.

Chuchawal Royal Haskoning provided project management, design of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works, as well as construction and safety management for the control building, MRO building, Chiller building including pipe rack and related site facilities within the control block 55 of the Thai Growth Project.
