New Poultry Processing Plant

Golden Foods Siam intends to build a new poultry processing plant which has a production capacity of 540 Tons per week. The new plant is designed for production from 5 processing lines, which will consist of:
- 5 tumblers (batch process)
- 5 preparation lines (battering, coating, etc.)
- 5 frying lines (2 double executed for small parts like nuggets)
- 5 steam cookers
- 5 IQF freezers
- 2 Multi-head weighers (for double frying lines)
- 4 manual primary packaging lines (1 rework)
- 6 secondary packaging lines (carton box), (1 rework)
The new further processing plant will accommodate 1,200 processing staff (3x@400 per shift) operating 24 hours and 7 days a week and another 80 office staff.
