Project Description
- Manufacturing Facility with construction area of approximately 23,000 m2 composing of production, QC/QE, Raw Material Warehouse, Finished Goods Warehouse, Engineering Work Shop, Utilities, Office, and Amenities.
- Potato Cold Storage with construction area of 2,760 m2 approximately.
- External works consisting of Reinforced Concrete Pavement with Drainage System, Car Sheds, Perimeter Fence, Truck Weight Scale, Potato Loading Area, Washing Station, Guard House, MEP works to supply utilities, relevant Civil Works & Structures to support MEP works.
