RTC Tank Terminal (RTC), a joint venture between Siam Cement Group (SCG) and Dow Chemicals, intends to realize a tank farm with ship loading facilities. The project consists out of the following: New land reclamation
- New propylene oxide (3 storage tanks) tank farm
- Propylene (2 spheres) tank farm
- New jetty (trestle and jetty platform for propylene oxide and propylene export)
- New utility systems (raw water, compressed air, tap water, fire water, chilled water)
- Architectural design for admin building, guardhouses, utility building, chilled water building.
- Civil and structural design for admin building, guardhouses, utility building, chilled water building, drainage systems.
- Mechanical and electrical design for admin building, guardhouses, utility building, chilled water building.
- Risk assessment study
Chuchawal Royal Haskoning provided the conceptual and basic design for the jetty, land reclamation and top side equipment as well as detailed design of land reclamation and the jetty.
