As part of the huge investment in Wholesale and Retail Business of Reliance Retail Limited (RRL) in India, RRL aims to build Distribution Centers at 3 locations across India i.e. at Kurkumbh in Maharashtra, at Tumkur in Karnataka and another location in Delhi.
The scope of the project consists of:
- A main ambient warehouse building with a built-up area of approx. 40,000 sq.m. with provision for another 40,000 sq.m. future extension
- Auxiliary facilities such as gateshouse and car shed etc.
- External works such as:
- Roads and pavements
- Parking area
- Street lighting Storm water drainage
- Fencing and gate

Full design services, including:
- Design of substation, GA, engineering coordination & civil works
- Interior Design: Canteen, Back offices and meeting rooms
- Landscape Design
- Hardscape and Softscape for all external areas
- Soil drainage, filtration and drainage outlet methods
- Irrigation design services, providing hose bibs layout only
- Landscape lighting design including simple building façade lighting.
