Chuchawal Royal Haskoning provided full design services and project management including architectural, structural, M&E systems design for Tesco Lotus.  They planned to build a Cold Storage Unilever Distribution Center (CDC) at Amphur Lamlukka, Pathumthani.

The project contained the following elements:

  • A main building with a construction area of approximately 22,000 sq.m.
  • Tray wash building (approx. 4560 sq.m.0
  • VMU (approx. 700 sq.m.)
  • Facilities Buildings such as vehicle gatehouse (approx. 400 sq.m.), personnel gate house (approx. 150 sq.m.) Fuel Island (approx. 200 sq.m.), weigh bridge, car shades, Bike Shades and so on,
  • External works:  Roads, parking areas, (un)loading yards, storm water drainage system, and the perimeter fence.
  • The following mechanical & electrical systems, as well as the security system are included:
    • Lighting & power supply system
    • Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System
    • Plumbing and sanitary system
    • Fire fighting and fire alarm system
    • Telecommunication system
    • Security system
