General Responsibilities:-

• Lead, and Manage Mechanical team to achieve the qualification, and schedule directly report to Design Director.
• Coaching Mechanical engineer to design their own projects.
• Resources planning. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Manage overall company’s design planning and monitor design progress and performance
• Developing team and seeking new candidates to fit for team
• Facilitates team to support project meetings.
• Review Mechanical Design Drawings overall Projects
• Monitor manhours to meet project budget.
• Support PM/CM/QS Team to notify Mechanical Design problem.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Higher
• Minimum 12 years of engineering design experience and/or in building construction, construction supervision, or management
• Experience in local code and international code of regulation.
• Good command of spoken and/or written English is a must.
• Must be good in human relations, client contact, sharing site meetings, positive working attitude, and team building.
• Good computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Auto CAD.
• Good understanding of Architectural, Civil and Structural Design/Construction and a general understanding of MEP design and installation.
• Team player, positive working attitude and self-motivated.
• Thai nationality only.

General Responsibilities:-

• Preparing design concepts for conceptual and final designs, checking against all requirements and obtaining approval.
• Coordinating with architects, other engineers and other disciplines to achieve integrated design.
• Supervising junior engineers on both design and technical.
• Receives assignments from the Group Leader.
• Receives input from the client via leader engineer and PM.
• Design & prepare drawings, calculations and all necessary documents as required.
• Sign on the document for permission if required as per responsibility & required by regulator.
• Checks his design against codes and regulations.
• Delivers the designs within project timeframes.
• Obtains approvals from the client via the PM and makes necessary changes.activities and establishes appropriate files.
• Properly records all activities and establishes appropriate files.

Qualifications:-

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or related disciplines from a recognized accredited university
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong command of English
• Flexibility to travel
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the design of Electrical systems
• Possesses a Professional Registration License (for Thai nationals)

General Responsibilities:-

• Enable to take the requirements of the client to be implemented as on the designed drawings and finally to be actually – constructed with the agreed time frame, budget and quality as expected by the client and designers.
• Overall planning and control of project activities to ensure project completion is in accordance with the project schedule.
• Coordinate with other departments associated with the project works to ensure project completion is in accordance with the project schedule.
• Monitor project costs closely and minimize cost overrun (variation orders).
• Ensure contractual issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Update monthly progress report and chair and coordinate planning meetings with relevant contractors and departments.
• Chair site and coordination meetings with the contractor and client.
• Ensure that ISO, QA, QC procedures are followed.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed to reduce accidents and incidents on site.
• Ensure successful completion of the project and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with finance for conclusion or final account etc.

• Know and be able to apply for the international, Asian region.
• Proactively provide guidance and direction for structural engineering designs.
• Prepare detailed design and specification for factory buildings projects
• Review of detailed drawings and calculation for accuracy as well as code compliance
• Capable of communicating and coordinating with internal/external team members to ensure a smooth implementation of the design

Qualifications:-

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Civil , Structural or Soil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of working experience in Civil & Structural design work.
• Able to prepare conceptual design, bidding and construction drawings of RC and steel structures.
• Able to use analysis and design 3D software.
• Able to prepare of calculation and drawing packages in English.
• Experience with international codes/standards UBC, AISC, ACI, LRFD and BS standards is advantage.
• Able to Co-ordinate with another disciplines: M/E, Architectural, clients and vendors.
• Good Human Relations and teamwork
• Good communication in English is advantage.

• Know and be able to apply for the international, Asian region. (i.e. plumbing codes, CIBSE Guides, etc.)
• Proactively provide guidance and direction for wastewater treatment engineering designs.
• Prepare detailed design and specification for factory buildings projects
• Prepare hydraulic calculations on designed systems
• Review of detailed drawings and calculation for accuracy as well as code compliance
• Capable of communicating and coordinating with internal/external team members to ensure a smooth implementation of the design

Qualifications:-

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplines from a recognized accredited university
• Minimum 10 years’ experience of mechanical and utilities engineering in building and factory
• Professional registration or licensure preferred to be second class
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong command of English
• Flexibility to travel

Purpose: To control and supervise the construction work at site towards obtaining good quality work, within the time plan and schedule.

General Responsibilities:-

• Co-ordinate with designer, quantity surveyor, client
• Supervision of construction to finish on time within budget and good quality
• Co-ordinate and advice contractors and subordinates
